2 Make an appointment with your physician to have your knee diagnosed. Be sure to ask the doctor to provide you with a prescription and a Letter of Medical Necessity before you leave the office.

3 We will bill your insurance company for the costs incurred.

No Insurance?
If you do not have health insurance, we can set up a payment plan for you. We can arrange for monthly payments on your credit card or you can pay with a check. In addition, we will send you statements to chart your billing progress.
